T&M Billiards & Barstools needed to move their operation from an old mill building to a new facility expanding their retail business. The original design was to add cost-effective warehouse space and convert the present building to retail.

When the initial budgets came in the project was over budget, through value engineering and working with our design professionals, Pelletier Builders, Inc. redesigned the project incorporating sprinklers in the existing and new to come within budget.

The 11,200 square foot addition to the existing 15,900 square foot building, adding a loading dock with access on one side for tractor trailers and the other end of the dock is tailgate height. Unique to the project is underground contamination is contained with a one-piece rubber membrane under the floor slab and an evacuation pump system under the rubber membrane in the soil.

Stained concrete floors add color and texture to the interior of this retail facility.
