SPIROL International

In 2014 SPIROL announced plans for a major expansion to its Connecticut operations, and contracted Pelletier Builders to construct a new 36,000-square-foot addition to increase its manufacturing and inventory space.

St Mary’s Church

St Mary’s Church, a historic church built in 1905 in Willimantic, CT, was extensively damaged by fire. Along with part of the roof and the sub-structure, in order to restore the historic church to it’s original appearance, Pelletier Builders had to work with some very specialized sub-contractors.

The Hoot

During the construction of this project, we used some very unique owner-supplied items from their property: large stones; birch trees; chicken wire; and an old barn board siding.

Prefab Horse Barn Repair

We received a call from the owner of a beautiful, high-end, horse-riding arena with attached stables housing prize winning horses. Heavy snows had caused near catastrophic damage to the structure Pelletier Builders re-engineered and did structural repairs nearly doubling the loading capacity of the roof.
